Problem adding new site

13.08: I still haven't found a solution. Can anybody help?

I tried adding a new site to my account, but it won't work.
The site ist hosted via uberspace.
Since uberspace only works with SFTP, I chose server type "SFTP". As host "FTP host" I inserted the information, I usually use to login via FileZilla, which is the server adress: "sftp://alpheca.uberspace.de". As user and password inserted the ones I use to login on to the Website on Filezilla via SFTP.
The I get this message:

"Important!
We are unable to connect to the SFTP server, please check that the details you gave us are correct.

If you keep seeing this message, you could check your details using your FTP software.

You may also need to add our dedicated IPs to your allowed FTP list:
31.22.3.147
31.22.3.144"

Can you help me? In case this is the problem: Where do I add the IPs to the allowed FTP list?
