Topic: Can't Add New Site

Hi, I am trying to add a new site with address: http://trainingbrokers.co.uk/index.html and I know the ftp address, user and password are correct but I get this message:

The website address you have specified could not be found: http://trainingbrokers.co.uk/index.html - please try again.

Can you please advise, since as you can check that address does exist.

Hi Fixed it myself, re-set the ftp password with same data and it now works. Probably a hosting issue.
