@ Julie We are facing the same issue, we have emailed & tweet to them and they replied. They did advise to get the hosting vendor to whitelist their IP, but the sites are with different vendors. We faced this problem since yesterday morning. Some sites pages are able to open but not the Homepage. New site cannot be added either. Think they are working on it.
