Topic: Can't log in to server

I logged in with userid and password. CMS says it cannot get into ftp. It always worked before. What gives? ftp address is ok.

Hi David, I've checked your account and found that the FTP username and FTP password are incorrect. I have also replied to your email about this and included the FTP connection log.

I have the same problem. Possibly cause by wrong default directory for the html content?

Send us an email Felix - for obvious reasons, it's not a good idea to talk FTP details on the help forum...
