When I (or any of my clients for numerous websites) try to log in to edit their pages, we receive a "that page doesn't exist" message with a list of available pages - including the page that it says does not exist. If you click on the page via the list it loads, but it can take up to 10 minutes! My clients are getting rather frustrated.
I can submit a screen shot, be I cannot see where to do this - this feature seems to have been removed.
I'm getting the same thing with all my sites!
I am experiencing the same problem for the last two days. It is only occurring for sites which are set up on CPanel. Sometimes the home-page loads and sometimes the site-map loads. It seems to be because of very slow server responses. I can only wish for this to be resolved as soon as possible.
Now and again one or two of the sites I have this on will work. Plus I must point out that these are issues on about 10 websites from where SimpleCMS has been on for sometime.
Could this be something to do with the size of the SimpleCMS server?

This isn't a system-wide issue but if so many of you are experiencing this then there's obviously something wrong. Please let us investigate this and get back to you as soon as we can. In the meantime, please accept my apologies for the problems you've been experiencing.
Hi Simon just to keep you updated, but its got worse. I know can't even login through the homepage. I'm getting this message:
The server at cms.simplecms.com is taking too long to respond.
Grant4 has just emailed me and is getting the same!
UPDATE: what was an isolated few cases has now turned into a server issue and we're in the process of getting to the bottom of this with our hosting provider. We aim to get this up-and-running as soon as possible; I know how frustrating this will be for you all and your clients. It's very frustrating for us too. Thank you so much for your patience, guys.

Thank you, everyone, for your patience whilst we experienced these problems.
On a positive note, the beauty of a system like SimpleCMS, is that if and when something fails at our end, your clients' sites are not affected at all. Granted, it's not ideal that your clients cannot edit their sites through the system and would have to contact you to make changes via FTP, etc. but the sites do remain online and fully functioning.
We hope you will continue to use the system and know that when something like this happens, we will do our best to ensure that there is a minimum amount of disruption for both you and your customers.
Thank you again for your patience while we sorted this issue and we intend to keep these to a minimum (if at all) for obvious reasons.
Is there anyway that images could be uploaded to our own servers rather than the SimpleCMS servers?
