My ftp login info hasn't changed and both index files DO exist --

Also -- I just checked filezilla to see if it could connect to my ftp and it works fine.

I need this working ASAP as I am finishing a client site and have to have it set up for them to edit.

I had the most *ANNOYING* thing happen to me today.

As it turns out my annual subscription was up for renewal (no warning, no e-mail, nothing).

Just a redirect to YOUR cms instead of my branded one.

Oh, and guess how I found out??  From a client.

To make matters worse, after I renewed, it's *STILL* redirecting to simplecms.com instead of my CNAME.

Can you fix this immediately please?!?!  I don't need clients calling me to complain.

In the future, it'd be nice to get a notification or something instead of me and my clients being redirected to simplecms.com since it defeats the whole point of BRANDING the CMS as my own!!

I would like to see the images go into /images/cms/foldername (where foldername can be any folder created by the user.

Any opinions?

I have an existing site and and it has been created using Webplus X5.  It already has the lightbox feature in there and if there is a way to still use this in conjuction with yours this would be great.  The page in question is http://www.savingcleopatra.com/photo.html 

I would really appreciate your help getting this up and going and if you could do a quick video tutorial that would be even better..  Even if you can place the code in the page for me and give me a screen shot of where it goes it would be awsome.. I look forward to hearing from you soon..

I am working on a site using SimpleCMS. Everything has gone great outside of a non gallery lightbox I am attempting to make editable for my client. Please take a look at http://classtailors.com/site/before-after.php to see the examples that I have put up. 

I would like for the user to be able to replace the image + lightbox popup without having the option to add more images. Is this possible?

You will need to have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript to set this up on your site.

The gallery uses jQuery lightBox plugin but you can use another if you wish.

SimpleCMS requires your HTML to be formatted exactly as in the example. You'll need a containing div with the edit-gallery class name which contains links to the large images and img tags to display the thumbnail images, e.g.

SimpleCMS will display the following button on each image:

Clicking on the image icon will allow you to edit the current image (as normal).
If you click on the + icon it will duplicate the image so you can add new images to your gallery.
If you click on the - icon it will remove the image from your gallery.

When you edit an image in your gallery and upload an image to the system it will create two copies of the image.

One copy will be the thumbnail which you can crop (as normal). The other copy will not be cropped but it will be re-sized to match the width of the existing larger image.

At the very least I would have expected some sort of warning that user xyz
is currently editing this page....    Please tell me it's there and I just missed it!

There is no possibility to:

- scale an image (yes, you can change height and with but this doesn't really process the image)
- you can't set margin-top, margin-right, margin-bottom, margin-left instead you can set properties named HSpace and VSpace.
- Crop the image

Beside that I think it's ugly that the height and width of the image gets set as inline styles and not as attributes.

Your other image uploader is much nicer (class="edit-gallery") why don't you implement this one in the wysiwyg? Ah wait, because you use the CKE Editor... I would love to see the aloha editor http://aloha-editor.org/ instead. This would be awesome!

I would like to make a div within a repeatable region un-editable. Basically, I want the client to be able to duplicate the whole region, but not be able to edit everything within it as it would cause issues with the layout.

Is this possible?
