Create your own custom Content Editor domain / sub-domain
Your clients are able to visit to edit their content, and as soon as they log in, the system recognises their credentials and displays your branding.
If you would prefer to use a custom domain name, for example yourcompany-cms.com or a custom sub-domain cms.yourcompany.com, please follow the instructions below:
- Visit your web hosting provider and log in to your account
- Go to the DNS (sometimes known as name server) management section
- Create the sub-domain cms.your-domain.com for your clients to access your CMS from
- Create a CNAME record that points to contenteditor.net
